No one calls them lead contractors. The term used is General Contractor, every one else subcontracts from the General.
There are no General contractors with Mexican owners around here it must be this racist society we live in. Or maybe the trick is not to work hard but to work smart. All the smart workers join unions.
Every one else must depend on Uncle Sam for things like health care and food stamps.
