I to am reminded why I go to D.C.H.S. I go to see good people doing what comes as natural. Like seeing Wizard while explaining to a woman who had lived in Apple Valley 55 years it was her 1st visit to Deep Creek hot springs. I spent 20 minuets telling her the names and history of the pools and their different temperatures. She was enjoying the tour of D.C.H.S. Then Wizard Came over to shake my hand. That took at least 30 minuets. The woman who had lived here 55 years and made her first time to D.C.H.S.wandered over to the Arizona pool.
The river has gone down @ 1ft. since 2 weeks ago. I measured the temp in the creek in the middle of the creek was 51.7 degrees. I found out how white I used to be, by my red skin in the SUN at deep creek.
Every one I spoke with seemed to be amazed and happy to be at Deep Creek Hot Spring on Saturday.
I know I was !
