Spa Pool Folliculitis is definitely not what *I* had after soaking in the pools.

I was able to avoid most of the rash by rinsing with a mild acidic solution of vinegar and water. I didn't rub the solution well enough into some areas and still got a minor rash. But for the most part, it really worked. This would not have disinfected a bacterial situation like you suggest.

Note: Try using lemon juice instead of vinegar to NOT smell like a douche!
