Mike Castro had me arrested for having a gun in my truck. Even though I had never been arrested before. I thought I had the right to keep and bear arms. He then showed up in court to testify against me several times. I insisted on a jury trial to tell a jury of my peers about what happened. After 2 years the D.A. gave up on me and gave me my gun back. During that time I found out that he is a confidential informant for several police agencies. And has had several of his so called friends arrested for stupid things such as smoking pot of all things.
But, NO I have NO axe to grind with any body.
I mean the D.A. admitted to me that she had a gun in her truck too. Such is the law for all of us law abiding citizens.
