I asked that question in previous post and got no reply, I am curious.
I heard from a some friends of Davids and mine that they were near a resolution to an agreement at the last hearing. But, the victim protested and David was back in jail.
My friends do NOT want to be identified. They are close to the judicial process. It is safe to assume David will be broke when he is freed. He is used to that.
