DesertCAT, The road around Bowen Ranch is easy but also easy to get off track. I got lost once at night myself and have found people walking lost during the day, looking for there parked car.
So although I have been there many a time I can not give you great directions since there are no markers and very few land marks for a safe drive.
But just for your information there are two ways to get to the springs hiking trail. One is just before Bowen Ranch and the other is off 3n14 Coxley Truck trail.
