If you haven't been, it's pretty wild. I went last year and it was packed with all kinds of drunkenness and body parts, as far as I now, aside from the crowds increasing, it's always been a little more than mooning . Definitely a try it before I die experience, although in my drinkin days, mooning everything was the thing to do.I wonder why it made the news this year?
