In many cases you will have to leave a message. Also you could try contacting him at the last e-mail I have for Brad: bburns@fs.fed.us , which I think is still current. DCHS has been seeing a gradual change in the mix of those who visit, in part due to the quickly increasing population of the Victor Valley. Taggers are clearly a dissappointing part of this new crowd. How you could possibly stop the careless activities of these taggars, in a place like DCHS, which is for the most part un-monitered by law enforcement, I wouldn't know.
