Dogs, cigs and trashy butt heads, whats a happy soaker to do :-) Karate chop the dog ( I learned this from Paul ), splash the smokers and hike the careless litter idiots trash out. I know you didn't mention trash East Bay but I knew you were thinking about it :-) If the dog or the smoker are mean and big disregard this advice and just sip on some of your favorite wine :-) Pretty soon that dog turns out to be friendly and you can't smell the smoke anymore! Its amazing what a little Franzia can do :-) Think happy thoughts East Bay and remember the sandbox is good!
