Shooting a firearm that has a solid projectile bullet is illegal on public lands in this part of San Bernardino County. It's not illegal to carry one or shoot a shotgun however. It is, in extremely poor taste to carry and display a gun at the hotsprings.
It's this kind of behavior that gets places shut down.
