The dumba$$ who dumped the garbage was stoopid enough to leave a recent utility bill in the heap. This was forwarded to BLM law enforcement for followup. Oh yea... I scavanged a pair of plyers and a socket while searching for the discarded mail. You can tell alot about people from the trash. It was a couple with kid. Not the best parents judging by the abundance of discarded captain Morgan bottles and empty marlboro packs. They were unmarried as evidenced by two names on the bill. They live off Bear Valley Road in a duplex apt as evidenced by the address. Lucky I am not a stalker or vigalante, although it WAS tempting to load up the crap and dump it back on their front porch. Letting law enforcement deal with the problem is the right choice. Kudos go out to the Barstow BLM office for their responsivness.
