Back in the early 80's when I was working on a pre-stress concrete beam crew. I was driving a fork lift to pick up a metal base beam that our forms set upon. While I was still about 10 yards from the beam and about 12 men were steadying the beam, lightening struck the beam. Knocking all 12 of the men away as if they were the oppisite force of the magnet. My hair which was very long then stood straight outward. A few guys were unconcise and were taken to the hospital. All were OK, just goes to show how prayer is more powerful than the forces of nature.
