A similar fence also seperates the DCHS inc. property on Andes Trail from BLM lands as well. Speaking of which, this was the topic of conversation last night at the above mentioned location. All agreed that the cattle are a destructive force whenever they stray from the lease on public lands onto private property. Does the catleman have the right to let his cows graze on private properties without permission or compensation to the property owner?
