Ed talks the talk, but will he walk the walk. In conversations with him, Ed has stated displeasure with the rouge element giving the sport a bad name. Will he support legislation to protect private land owners protection against OHV trespass? Time will tell. I'm sure Ed and I will meet again soon at some meeting or another. Something I would like to see is a strong educational effort by CORVA and AMA district 37 to discourage rouge behavior. That combined with tough laws would realy help address the issues of OHV trespass and resource destruction on our public lands. The BLM is designating over 150 miles of open trails in the Juniper Sub Region. Will the OHV riders stay on them? I think not.
