Glucosamine Chondroitin, works for your knee, it will help your back too. I hope you have some left over from your knee problem. The same pads that wear out in your knee wear out in your back. What a drag it is getting old. When my boys were small I used to have them walk on my back around the spot that hurt. Having a little love rubbed in always works. If all that does not do it? We still have some rocks at Gold Strike hot springs that need to be moved :~)

In case you think you have problems ??? A co-workers girlfriend, her mother, and his 7 year old daughter were t-boned by a drunk driver. The drunk driver died, his daughter is in critical care.
My bosses wife was just diagnosed with brain cancer.
Back pain? I will pray for all of you, brother.
