Gail Fry's allegations have all the substance of her claim to ownership of the Bowen Ranch House.

They result from the eviction of a close friend of hers from my ranch. (Her friend often bragged that she got six years of free rent.) Allowing her to stay on was an exercise in tolerance and I was repeatedly told by others that I would regret it.

Last year she completely abdicated her caretaker responsibility and was replaced. Regretably I did not ask her to leave at that time.

This past year has been marked by Gail's friend's drunkeness, violent confrontations with her boyfriend, visits by CPS (they were denied entry), calls to the SB County Sheriff to intevene in domestic squabbles. She kicked a neighbor in the crotch so hard he threw up. She rammed her boyfriend's truck outside the ranch gate and her young son punched a girl in the face at school.

She finally lost of her driver's license consequent to DWI. She ignored the loss of her license and continued to drive and continued to drink.

I finally had enough. When she finally left, the place was so trashed and filthy that it took several days and multiple trips to the dump to clean it up. She left her possessions in the house, forcing me to store them. She left her dogs without provision for a month and a half and told us to shoot one of them.

Totally ungrateful and lacking in redeeming factors, this person is now living at taxpayer expense and following through on her threat to trash me on this Forum.

Her friend Gail Fry is only to happy to sling the mud. This is transparent to those of you who know the individuals involved.
