Wow. I know we can't protect our natural places unless we understand them, but I wish I had never found this site. I am so disheartened by what I've found here. I have been enjoying DCHS regularly for 5 years, apparently in ignorant bliss of the turmoil abounding. I've always parked at the ranch because it was convenient. I've always loved my time at the springs. Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? What an enormous disappointment that such a simple gift from God has all this ugliness imposed upon it. Of course now I'll surf late at night to try to figure out the players and history of the conflicts, and I'm certain, soak with not quite as wide a grin.
Anybody able or care to give a brief synopsis of how all this trouble came to pass?
