The water table in Juniper Flats is being rejuvinated as the rains soak down into the earth. The El Nino conditions in the eastern tropical pacific appear to have altered the weather patterns once again, bringing another series of gullywashers. We can feel the ocean's influence with the warm rains. Its raining right now in Big Bear, creating an icy glaze on top of the snow.
