Ron, I think you will enjoy meeting Lloyd . He's quite devoted to Blacks Beach. He loves to make homemade ice cream and free dive in the shallow waters of Blacks. He has put a lot of work into his webpage, Blacksbeach.org. I encourage you all to check it out when you have time. I'm glad that DCV will have a link at his website.
Ron, I noticed in the minutes there wasn't much discussion of a sign. Has any progress been made toward a) location of sign b) construction materials and size of sign, c) wording on sign and d) whether USFS buys off on it and e) who will actually install it.
