Ron, I think you will enjoy meeting Lloyd . He's quite devoted to Blacks Beach. He loves to make homemade ice cream and free dive in the shallow waters of Blacks. Ron, I noticed in the minutes there wasn't much discussion of a sign. Has any progress been made toward a) location of sign b) construction materials and size of sign, c) wording on sign and d) whether USFS buys off on it and e) who will actually install it.
