Isn't the San Bernardino National Forest area closed, as well as the other national forest in California? DCHS is in the SBNF.
Wizard you are correct. The SBNF is closed, and that includes Deep Creek. It's irresponsible of the owners of the new campground to let people access Deep Creek. Because SBNF personnel are super busy with other bigger issues, enforcement of the closure and access to Deep Creek has been problematic.
