The Bradford Ridge Trail is also an option for hiking to DCHS. Vandalism of various sorts does occur at times at the Freedom Trail parking area, mostly in the warmer months when there are more people going to the springs. There is a lot of land out there, BLM, USFS, and you don't have to park " exactly " at the Freedom Trail spot.
