Katrina, depending on which type of OCR you use and what type of scanner you have, you might get some mixed quality results. Most OCR software these days in either Omnipage by Caere, Xerox Text Bridge, or Abby Fine Reader. Our experience has been that Omnipage Pro works the best. As a last resort ,you can save it as .jpeg.
