Katrina, thanks for your followup information. I briefly discussed the Deep Creek problems with a friend of mine who happens to be both a lawyer and a naturist. He is deeply involved in many cases now and also does not live in Southern California. He suggested contacting some of the Free Legal Advice centers and/or City and County Law Libraries for referrals. I think the complexities of the case will probably reduce the desires of anyone to work pro-bono, but you need a hotshot young lawyer or team to take it on.
