Ed Waldheim is the CORVA president who also sits on the State OHV comission. The OHV comission directs public $ grant funding and the BLM El Mirage OHV area gets a large chunk every year. And....who is on the board for the Friends of El Mirage? Yep.....Ed Waldheim.

The BLM also has recieved grant funding from the state OHV comission for restoration and enforcement efforts in Juniper Flats. The FOJF support this use of our public funds however, no plans have been disclosed by the BLM despite multiple requests. It is time for the BLM to step up to the plate and deal with the problems their policies are creating. The FOJF are continuing our efforts to educate the public to ride responsibly and preserve our public lands for the enjoyment of all.
