and you as moderator of this forum should not make this into one. The law needed to be stated correctly so that the forum readers will know what law enforcement agency has jurisdiction over what type of crimes in the Juniper Flats and Deep Creek Area.
We have been discussing criminal activity and some of these criminal activites have been reported to the BLM. Now in light of this information about jurisdiction, some of these crimes should have been reported to the sheriff's department.
