When hiking away from the hot springs area, it would be a good idea to keep a pair of shorts handy just in case. Skinnydipping in deepcreek has a longstanding history in the area and the USFS will not hassle you. Bowen Ranch road is another story. If you get pulled over on the road driving a natural,all bets are off. The Sherrifs dept is very conservative.
