Looking at the web page I believe the water gage that is reporting the measurements is just around the bend from the dam. If I hike the PCT this weekend I am going to look for it. Going back to the water levels prior to the precepitation, the levels were 0.0491kcfs (thousands cubic feet per second) while this morning it is at 0.0913kcfs with a high of 0.447kcfs on 9 Jan (Monday).
