Just came back from our outing to the springs; no angry bees to report! The low path on the left side of the barbed wire fence has a section that is heavily washed out - it's possible to cross it, but caution is needed and it seems sketchy. Other than that, the path was easy enough to follow. Great trip! I should visit more often!by kmeister - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Thanks for the reply! I saw what you wrote in the other thread as well. We've decided we're going to approach it from Bradford Ridge. I'll update this topic post-trip to report on any grumpy bees!by kmeister - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Has anybody done the Bradford Ridge Path recently? I'd like to visit the DCHS with some friends next Friday, but it's been a couple of years since I've been there. Is the Bradford Ridge Path still usable? Are there any beehives I should keep an eye out for? Thanks!by kmeister - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Hi Coyote, I'm thinking about visiting the DCHS next Friday with a few friends and was wondering where you parked to hike the PCT - is there anywhere to park on the east side, in Arrowhead? Thanks!by kmeister - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
