Hello! It looks like a Prez Weekend hot springs adventure in Saline Valley to the north will be canceled due to snow in the mountains. The Deep Creek Hot Springs come highly recommended. I hope the community here can give me a piece or two of advice. It sounds like if you want to camp you should do so and access at Bowen Ranch. But the storms may make the river crossing a challenge.
