Thanks Laughinbear, I guess for now I have it all figured out that the best way is to park at the ranch and go from there. But I appreciate your info as well.by Newbie - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Well I apreciate all your help and now I have a better understanding of the trails and terrain. I guess the easiest and safest for me is to park at the ranch and pay the five bucks. which I did yesterday and had a blast down there. it didnt take as long as i remember it taking the last time I went about a year ago in the summer, maybe because it wasnt 120 deg. out. All in all it was a 4 hour tripby Newbie - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Thanks Wizard, Yes I do plan on riding the legal way and dont intend to make anyone upset. I have read through some of this ofrum and see all the discontent. Also dont want to be shot at like I have read a little about in one posting. Anyway I was trying to use google earth maps and a map of some of the trails to find a way to ride my quad to a closer spot to the hot springs.I enjoy the hot sprinby Newbie - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Ok so I am new to the forum but looking for info about off road vehicles near the hot springs. Can some one break it down for me? What is allowed? Where? How close can I get on a quad legally without making anyone upset? From what I gather there is a legal way to enjoy a 4x4 trip to the hot springs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.by Newbie - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
