The Rouse Fire was reported at 1:15 PM on August 30, 2017, in the area of State Hwy. 74 & State Hwy 243 Riverside County. The fire began on San Bernardino National Forest. San Bernardino NF is NOT in Unified Command. A full response was initiated with air & ground support. The fire is currently estimated at 10 -15 acres and 0 percent contained. The fire is currently moving westward. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
