Earlier posts suggest that the road to Little Caliente is currently closed, but there's a way to hike in. I wouldn't recommend nude-hiking that one, though, as there are portions of the hike that involve bushwacking through thick undergrowth -- ouch!
You only need to walk 1/4 mile:
"Due to severe road damage to the road near the Little Caliente Hot Springs, there is no motor vehicle access for the last 1/4 mile on that road. There is a "Road Closed" sign and barrier where visitors can park and continue on foot the remainder of the distance to the hot springs."
