AM weekdays should not be bad unless it’s the week of 4th of July. It’s going to be pretty hot and the pools might be under water due to mountain snow melt. Ping me a week prior to your visit for more info on the water level. I‘ve never camped at Hobo - why pay if parking lot of Remington is free unless you like the outhouse at Hobo. Hobo is also visited by rafters more often during summer time.
