Although not all meteors were visible to the naked eye, the approximate numbers were 1,250 per hour during the peak hour. It was foggy on the coastal areas hee in San Diego, but many people journeyed out I-8, up Sunrise Highway, and viewed the show from the Mt Laguna area.
Ironically, there was a HUGE traffic jam at 3AM as the masses were returning home
