Ya sure his name wasnt "Bill Miller"? And why do these guys lie when caught? These bad apples give the whole OHV community a black eye. It aint the "enviros" thats responsible for "shutting them out" of riding in areas, its their own bad behavior. Did anyone get this guy's picture? He lives locally and is known. Assault with a vehicle is a felony in this state.
