Mike Smith?

Does anyone out there know a Mike Smith who rides in this area? FOJF intends to file a complaint with law enforcement and we would like to provide more detail on this incident of assault with a motor vehicle:

Two white, one red, and one blue motorcycle being ridden by a young man who gave his name as Mike Smith. The quad was red and was being ridden by a juvenile. All had green stickers. The vehicles were first observed on private property across Bowen Ranch Road from RJ1027A. From there they proceeded on Bowen Ranch Road, with the juvenile on the quad almost colliding with a vehicle proceeding up the road. The vehicle then proceeded to the privately maintained road lined with tires and signed as private. There they were met by one resident who accesses her home by that road and one FOJF member. The resident ordered them off the property. The FOJF member informed them that they were riding on private property. The riders continued to ride, doing loops and speeding towards the resident and FOJF member, then turning abruptly to shower them with dirt. One of the riders then stopped to talk, giving his name as Mike Smith and saying that he had been riding here for years and would continue no matter what.

The same group of riders were next seen by the FOJF member on Bowen Ranch Road at Coxey Truck Trail. FOJF member stopped to talk, informing another member of the group about private property in the area and open versus closed routes. This rider was respectful and courteous, and claimed that he doesn't ride here often but whenever he does, Mike leads him through private property.
