Interesting article Rick. In California, baiting game animals is highly illegal and hunters who do so face arrest along with fines. Vehicles and guns used in such activity are usually confiscated be DFG officers who do not require a search warrent or probable cause to investigate crimes involving wildlife. So hunters beware.....the DFG is on the prowl now that its hunting season.
