You are most welcome! Look I gotta be honest. I feel as though I have a mind for picking up on subtle arguments and the motivations behind them. After all, I spend many of my days oberserving people. And as a Federal Government Employee I understand litigation and regulations. What you wrote was clear and in my experience correct. I am so happy you did. But I so understand the problem of getting caught up in the fray. Just reciently I have learned this lesson in a most painful way from my job. Thank you for your time and effort. I stand behind your research as being accurate and timely.
