Good luck with the meeting. One of these days I'll have my tests all graded and classes all organized for the next week so that I can spend a weekend day meeting at the springs.
I think that the brochure should be posted on the web with a link on the forum site.
I agree that over publicizing the place could result in disastrous conditions. The Green Tortoise tour crowd already take a toll on the environment, however, I do believe that anyone who finds the forum may soon be on his or her way to the springs, so we just might as well educate the "newby."
