Justin, I was at DCHS today briefly on a hike through the area and it appears that guy you mentioned is still there. Some people were around him trying to help him again. I was going to go over and take a look at him but I ran out of time talking with some regulars. There were a bunch of boy scouts with there leaders dealing with the guy. I heard from one of the regulars that this guy had been bugging differant people during the day, so much so that some left. Some people were saying he came in through the Bowen Ranch. I thought to myself, that can't be, the rejects come in through the JF3 trail :-)
