VICTORVILLE: Francis Pusok — the man San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies are accused of beating on live television — saw his bail increased to $450,000 and was taken into custody Tuesday, after showing up more than two hours late for an arraignment hearing in Victorville Superior Court.
