VICTORVILLE >> Francis Pusok, the man San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies are accused of beating on live television, is scheduled to be arraigned in Victorville Superior Court on a plethora of charges Tuesday morning. He was charged with evading arrest, vandalism over $400, stealing a horse, animal cruelty, being a felon in possession of ammunition and three counts of auto theft.
