The older old timers know that for many many years TRASH existed.
People need to understand a very simple concept: PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT! It never ceases to amaze me that some people think they can just leave their trash behind. Would they leave trash piled in their own living room and never take it out??
Obviously the No Camping regulation needs to be enforced more. For all of you who are concerned, please take a few minutes out of your life and e-mail these folks to encourage them to step up enforcement of the No Camping regulation. Mention in your e-mail such things as the risk of fires starting from illegal campfires, the sanitation issues, etc.

Also, if any of go to Celtfire's Deep Creek Hot Springs page, there has been recent spirited discussions there about the No Camping rule. Some dumb girl named Ana Peters says she will continue to camp at the springs because in her words, " I'm Native American, and this is my land, I'll camp where I want". Of all people, she REALLY needs some education!!!!
