Re: I15 overpass

They had billboard warnings up all the way back in Vegas of a full closure and detour, but no explanation of why. While driving back I was thinking who in their infinite wisdom would close all lanes of a highway for construction during rush hour, then passing it, it came to light. They did have a good detour though. Lesson learned, do not weld during heavy winds next to a wooden frame.
