I believe you are referring to the list from the dept of fish and wildlife because the rest of the article is pathetic. Why would she not call the authorities to have it removed and instead "tried to cut him half with the gardening sheers". It shows the ignorance of the public and the media. I bet if the animal was a cute furry thing, there would be no killing.
