I find it insane that less than 35% of children were wearing helmets. Talk about stupid parents. I'm so tired of hearing these people say, "oh we're safe, we don't need no helmets" and " We can do what we damn well please" And guess who ultimately has to pay for all the medical costs associated with major injuries? All of us in-in the form of higher medical costs.
