Chats only work if people are around and willing to spend the time. But if you think it can happen, grab a copy of mIRC (http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.html and set your server to irc.borgchat.net (or just spinics.net). Go to channel #dchs. If you are the first one there, hang out and wait for others to show or nobody will meet up
