Coyote spends time studying the behaviors of those who visit the Springs. In the hundreds of trips I have made in the last 10 years I have made the acquaintance of only a few who called themselves "gay." Of the thousands of people I have met no one has exhibited overt sexual behavior, propositioned anyone or publicly had sex viewable from or observed by me. This is a non-issue. There are many nude individuals at or near the Springs and yet it is not an issue. I don't know if they are "gay" or heterosexual. All I know is they are at the Springs and they happen to have left their bathing suit in their pack or at their car. I don't really care. I like to hike and the area offers one of the best hiking experiences anywhere. Enjoy the trail wherever it leads you. Jobe I think you were simply set up.
