Interesting tale of shocking effects. I've not thought about lightening at the spring. I've been there in snow, sleet, hail, flood and heat, but realizing that one shouldn't remain in the pool with close strikes arriving is really great insight. Thanks for sharing your mistake. BTW, remaining in the pool when the snow starts is fine, but you need to consider if you can get to your car and drive away from wherever you have parked.
